ABOUT MYSELF
I have an engineering background and spent 18 years in the corporate world, working across cultures and managing complex challenges. Over time, I realized that technical skills alone weren’t enough—personal development became essential for navigating pressure, communication, and meaning. This led me to a 6-year training at Institut Kutschera (Austria), where I became an IA-NLP certified Coach, Health Coach, and Trainer in the Resonanz® Modell. The International Association for NLP (IA-NLP) is a professional body that ensures high standards in coaching, communication, and change work based on practical, ethical applications of NLP.
I’ve also completed additional trainings in meditation, breathwork, hypnosis, and other change tools—which I integrate as needed into the coaching process.
Today, I combine structure with presence to help clients shift patterns, clarify what matters, and move forward with more ease and alignment—integrating both analytical thinking and intuitive insight, or what we often call the left and right brain.

My Values:
Focus on your well-being
Respect
Honoring your unique journey and holding space for your own process and priorities.
Clarity
Illuminating the path ahead so that you take the best decisions and actions for your life.
Volition
Empowering you to cultivate ownership and agency, and to move forward on your own terms.
My Motto: The Best Is Yet to Come
Not as wishful thinking, but as a commitment to becoming who you truly want to be—by understanding where you are, what no longer serves you, and what it takes to step into your fullest potential.
Growth, healing, and transformation are not always linear—they can be challenging and unpredictable. Yet, on the other side of this journey lies empowerment, greater freedom and a deeper joy in living.
You are not alone. I am here to celebrate you at your highest and support you at your lowest.
While I cannot walk the path for you, I will always help you harness your strength, recognize your worth, and access your limitless potential.
